  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in QAR (Qatari Riyal).

  • Payments must be completed before order processing.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Qatar.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 days.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Boutique Alizo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. No Return / No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason such as size issues, personal preference, or change of mind.

  • In case of a wrong or damaged product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement only.

  • No refunds will be issued in any case.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including images, designs, logos, and branding of Boutique Alizo are our property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, provide false information, or engage in any harmful or illegal activity while using our platform.
